Odessa wins championship game

ODESSA-The Odessa-Montour girls varsity basketball team defeated Lansing, Saturday, Nov. 26 to win the Tip-Off Tournament they hosted Friday and Saturday. The final score was 57-22.
Olivia Grover had 18 points and 10 rebounds. Gillian Clark added 14 points. Alexis Saunders contributed nine points and six rebounds. Nakiaha Robinson had six points, while Sage Garrison and Alyssa Crout each had four points. Kennedey Heichel recorded two points, seven assists and six steals.
Clark was the tournament most valuable player. The all-tournament team included Odessa's Heichel and Grover.
Odessa beat Groton 59-14 in the tournament's opening game, Friday, Nov. 25. Clark had 20 points and 10 rebounds. Olivia Grover added 12 points, seven rebounds, five assists and five steals.
